• Prohibited Activities: You may not use XIA for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to impersonation, spamming, harassment, or violating X’s terms of service.

4. Payment and Subscription

• Payment Terms: You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of XIA in accordance with the pricing plan you select. Payment must be made through the payment methods provided on our platform.
• Subscription Plans: XIA offers various subscription plans, each with different features and limitations. The details of each plan are provided on our Pricing page.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be downgraded or deactivated according to your subscription plan.

5. Free Trial

XIA offers a 3-day free trial to new users. The free trial is subject to these Terms. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspension: XIA reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any activities that harm the integrity of our platform or services.
• Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time through the XIA dashboard. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: XIA and its services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by XIA and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• License: XIA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.
